Shipping & Delivery
State|RDA only ships within our designated territory in southeast Missouri and southern Illinois. If you have a question as to whether or not you are in our territory please call us. Orders can only be shipped to the shipping address we have on file for you and cannot be modified through state-rda.com. To modify your shipping address, please contact our store at 573.334.8430 or email us your correct address at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We have an in-house delivery system that includes four delivery drivers with shipping charges of $7.50 per order. If your sales consultant delivers the order, shipping charges remain the same. We also ship through USPS or UPS when needed. The cost for that varies.
Upon check-out, an email will be sent to you with a copy of your order. You can also check your order status in the My Orders section of your account page, or contact us at 573.334.8430 or email@example.com or by text at 573.294.2259.
Most orders are processed and delivered in one business day although some areas may not receive delivery multiple times per week. In that case, your order will ship on its regularly scheduled delivery day as long as the order is placed by midnight the day prior. If your order is a USPS or UPS order, it will ship the day after it's received. Actual delivery time will vary based on the carrier and your location.
You can view the status and tracking (if applicable) for your order by selecting "My Orders" on the account dashboard. Please contact the store or you Sale Reps for any questions.
